※If the delivery address is not residential address, we may not deliver in your expected time.
※We may not deliver the item in your expected time according to weather or traffic condition.

For area that service uncovered

Once items shipped, you will receive the notification email.
After you receive the email, you can check the delivery status from the history page.

Once you complete your order, you cannot change the delivery method to "collectively delivery".

If the delivery status of an item is "waiting for shipping", "unpaid", or "paid", you can change in the history page.

If you receive an absentee ballot, please make a contact to the distribution company.
※If you passed the storage term, an item will be returned to the forwarding origin.
※Returned items will be treated as a cancelled.item.
